The 2mm fine mesh waste basket is designed to stay out of the water and prevent the spread of odors. Entirely made of stainless steel (16kg) for food 304L, it offers a guarantee of quality and durability. No electrical connection is necessary for its operation, so it does not fail. The closure of the lid is adjustable using toggle, which ensures a good seal. Feet are provided, useful for cleaning under the grease trap; they can be cut if necessary to adapt the height of the grease separator under the plunge, or removed. Plumbing fittings are optional, so you do not waste time looking for the necessary items. The recovered fats are recoverable in the UCO (used cooking oil) sector.

The regulations, departmental health regulations, implemented by the local authorities, require bars, hotels and restaurants AND COMMERCIAL CATERING companies to pre-treat the swill before rejection. Indeed, the rejection of grease in wastewater networks is prohibited.

The BAGT®40 under-sink grease trap has been designed for restaurants serving up to 50 seats a day. It is made of 304L stainless steel, food grade, to find its place in professional kitchens.
The waste basket has a volume of 8 liters and a mesh of 2mm to filter the solid waste, we can eliminate the siphon that hangs with the waste. The basket can be used to pick up fat when it is frozen. The BAGT®40 grease trap can store 2 liters of fat, the equivalent of 100 covers (20g / covered in traditional catering), or 2 days of activity.
A drain valve of large size 33/42 ensures the emptying of the tank without risk of clogging.
Optional connection accessories are available to optimize the connection time.

The EN1825 standard applies to underground grease traps for equipment that can handle flow rates from 1 liter / second to 3600 liters / hour. Our BAGT®200N material complies with the EN1825 "size 1" rejection standard.
Like most grease interceptor, BAGT40 is not certified by an EN1825 accredited body, but is accepted as an affordable grease trap by the community.
The BAGT®40 grease trap is easy to install, 1 to 2 hours are enough for installation under standard conditions, that is to say with sufficient space under the restaurant preparation table with sink . We offer connection accessories to optimize the assembly time. Refer to the installation instructions to understand the ease of installation.
For the maintenance of BAGT®40 grease separators, the basket is the best tool. It allows to evacuate solid waste in the trash, but also to recover fat when they are frozen.
In the opposite case, it will be necessary to use a ladle to release the greases. It is not necessary to eliminate all fats with each operation. It is better to leave some grease in the grease separator than to put water in the HAU waste oil collection drum.
